By accessing and using DocuHelper AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on DocuHelper AI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modifying or copying the materials
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations
- Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
- Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent documents
3. Sensitive Information Handling
Important: DocuHelper AI handles sensitive personal information including medical records, financial documents, government IDs, and insurance information. By using this Service, you acknowledge:
- You own or have authorization to upload all documents
- You are responsible for protecting your own sensitive data
- The Service uses AI for document processing and may retain data as specified in our Privacy Policy
- You should NOT upload unnecessary personal information (Social Security Numbers, passwords, etc.)
- This Service is NOT a substitute for professional legal or medical advice
4. Medical Information Disclaimer
DocuHelper AI is NOT a medical provider and does NOT provide medical advice. AI-generated form completions are informational only and should be reviewed by a healthcare professional before submission. We recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider about any medical forms.
5. Financial Information Disclaimer
DocuHelper AI is NOT a financial advisor. AI assistance with financial forms is for informational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor or accountant before submitting financial documents or making financial decisions.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Your documents and extracted data are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, data is retained for 30 days for compliance purposes, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DocuHelper AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DocuHelper AI.
8. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel anytime from your account settings
- Refunds are issued per our refund policy
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use this Service to:
- Upload documents that are not yours or you don't have permission to use
- Attempt to access, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
- Breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures
- Access or search the Service by any means other than publicly supported interfaces
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
10. Modifications to Terms
DocuHelper AI may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
